About this yacht
The Next Generation of Compact Cruising
The 2027 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 350 is the worthy successor to the legendary Sun Odyssey 349 — a model that sold nearly 1,000 hulls over its decade-long run. Designed by Marc Lombard Yacht Design Group with interior styling by Piaton Yacht Design, the 350 distills a decade of Jeanneau innovation into a 35-footer that punches well above her weight in performance, comfort, and onboard livability.
A nominee for SAIL Magazine's Top 10 Best Boats, the 350 hits the sweet spot for couples, small families, and experienced sailors looking to downsize without giving up the features they've come to expect from larger yachts.
A Hull Built to Perform
The all-new chined hull features Jeanneau's signature inverted bow that stands clear of the waterline — reducing displacement in light wind and making docking maneuvers noticeably easier. The full-length hard chine adds form stability and tracking confidence, while twin rudders deliver precise, balanced steering even when the boat is pressed.
The 30° swept spreaders eliminate the need for a backstay, opening up the cockpit and creating a sleeker, more modern rig profile.
Walkaround Decks Change Everything
Borrowing from her larger Sun Odyssey siblings, the 350 features full walkaround side decks — a genuine breakthrough at this size. From either helm, simply step outboard and walk forward at a single level. No coamings to climb, no awkward steps, no clambering across cockpit settees. It's safer, easier, and dramatically improves trimming ergonomics, since you can stand directly over the Harken winches and work the sheets with one hand while keeping the other on the wheel.
A Cockpit That Lives Larger Than 35 Feet
- Off-centered twin helms with stylish binnacles molded into the cockpit coaming for excellent forward visibility
- Wide cockpit benches that comfortably seat three per side, plus two helm seats
- Foldable central table that doubles as a handhold when the boat heels
- Manual drop transom revealing a generous swim platform — exceptional for a 35-footer — with an integrated life raft cubby
- High stainless rails at the outboard pushpits add security on the walkaround deck
Modern, Light-Filled Interior
Step below and the 350 immediately feels larger than her 35 feet:
- Over 6'1" of standing headroom throughout the saloon and cabins
- L-shaped galley to starboard with top-loading fridge, two-burner propane stove, and light Corian countertops
- Spacious main salon with centerline table and twin settees — the port settee can be configured as a lounge with a solid armrest, or as a traditional nav station
- Wide hull and coachroof windows flood the interior with natural light
- Indirect ambient lighting creates a warm, serene atmosphere in the evening
- Dropped ceiling runs fore and aft with recessed lighting and a built-in overhead handhold
Flexible Layout Options
Choose the configuration that fits your sailing style:
- Two-cabin / one-head with separate stall shower and a large sail locker — ideal for cruising couples and serious passage-making
- Three-cabin / one-head for families or charter use
- Optional chart table or extended port lounge with armrest
Both forward and aft double berths feature 6'6" mattress lengths, ambient lighting, natural light, and dedicated storage.
Power Options
- 29hp Yanmar 3YM30 diesel with shaft drive (standard) — Jeanneau's welcome return to conventional shaft propulsion on smaller models means simpler maintenance and reliability
