Zeelander Z55: Shaken Not Stirred

Built in the Netherlands in 2019, Shaken Not Stirred is a striking example of the Zeelander Z55, finished in Flag Blue with an Oyster White deck. Her distinctive curved lines, generous proportions and remarkably quiet ride bring together the characteristics that define a Zeelander.

The main deck is designed as one continuous living space, connecting the cockpit, saloon and helm and creating an open setting for both cruising and entertaining. Below deck, she accommodates guests across three cabins with two heads, offering considerable comfort and volume for a yacht of her size.

Powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS 1350 engines, delivering a combined 2,000 hp, the Z55 combines performance with easy handling and a top speed of approximately 37–40 knots. Joystick control, a bow thruster and a Seakeeper stabilizer further enhance the experience both underway and at anchor.

At 55 ft 7 in (16.94 m) overall with a 16 ft 4 in (4.98 m) beam, Shaken Not Stirred offers the presence and interior volume of a considerably larger yacht while remaining designed for owner operation. Fuel capacity is approximately 870–875 US gallons, with 200 gallons of fresh water and 50 gallons of holding capacity.

Currently located in Newport, Rhode Island, Shaken Not Stirred is part of Zeelander’s official pre-owned collection. The current Zeelander listing states approximately 780 engine hours; I would use this rather than the older ~790-hour figure we had previously.
