2019 Catamaran Cruisers Houseboat

Outstanding opportunity to purchase your own private floating home with views of Boston harbor! Just as importantly, she is located in and can remain in New England’s largest and ultra modern liveaboard marinas located in the heart of Boston’s historic and charming Navy Yard!! This is a tremendous “value added” feature of the boat-LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Affordably priced as an entry level first “water-home”, she is a BIG 42 footer with much more useable and liveable space than either a regular 42’ boat or a one bedroom waterfront condo would accord. She’s perfect for either a single person or couple desiring a cozy waterfront home for a fraction of the price of a waterfront condo or apt in Boston! Her layout is very versatile depending on your personal preference. Currently she’s setup as a large open living room/ country kitchen and dining area with a separate double bed bedroom that leads out to its own private deck in the rear of the boat. Additionally, not only are there 2 lower level decks for outside enjoyment (the aft of which is very private) but there is the bonus of a very sizeable upper deck with great views and room for a small crowd of guests! Up here is where most of the fun happens!

Other nice features of this relatively new boat are very low maintenance and very little to worry about and much to just enjoy! Last but not least is the new addition of a Mitsubishi Mini-split HVAC system-a state of the art system for seamless climate control and high efficiency! This is a great modern alternative to electric baseboard and space heaters. Due to her low price point, she will not last long! If you’ve been waiting for and wanting an entry level affordable houseboat right IN Boston Harbor, then THIS is YOUR chance!

I sell more houseboats in Boston than anyone in Boston and I can tell you that this one will not last long. Call Ron Housman today to arrange your viewing!
