About this yacht

Tow a tube, pack a picnic for an island cookout, or pull up to your favorite waterfront restaurant—the Formula 260 Sun Sport makes a full day on the water easy to enjoy. Her spirited MerCruiser 496 MAG power brings the watersports fun, while comfortable cockpit seating, a swim platform and a cozy cuddy cabin invite you to slow down and stay awhile. From swimsuits to dinner reservations, she’s ready for whatever the day brings.

Step Aboard

Step onto the integrated swim platform, where a stainless boarding ladder makes it easy to return aboard after a swim. A transom stereo remote keeps the music within reach, and the ski tow eye hints at the watersports fun waiting beyond the dock.

Pass through the transom gate into a cockpit designed for spending time together. The U-shaped aft lounge puts guests face to face, with storage beneath the cushions to help keep the deck clear. A portside lounge offers another comfortable place to settle in, while the wet bar’s covered sink and countertop provide a convenient spot for preparing refreshments. Generous lockers and in-deck storage accommodate the gear that comes along for an island outing, and the Bimini provides welcome shade.

Moving forward, the helm and companion seating bring the captain and a guest into the conversation. The helm combines Formula’s burl-finish accents with chrome-bezel instruments, a depth sounder, compass and VHF radio. Drive trim and Bennett trim-tab controls are close at hand, along with the Clarion stereo. Molded steps lead through the opening center windshield to the foredeck for handling lines or reaching the anchor locker.

Slide open the cabin door and step below into a cozy retreat from the sun. A curved upholstered lounge surrounds a high-gloss wood table, creating a comfortable place for a snack or a quiet break. The table and filler cushion convert the space into a double berth for an overnight stay. Coordinating curtains, carpet and upholstered backrests soften the interior, while an opening hatch and portlights bring in light and ventilation. A concealed portable toilet adds convenience without taking over the cabin.
