About this yacht
This 2004 Sea Ray 390 is in superb condition. She is Spotlessly clean and in excellent working order and is a beautiful balance of big yacht fit and finish, yet the right size for a couple to operate. She has a spacious aft cabin with walkaround queen sized bed and dedicated master head. Great for a liveaboard option.
You come aboard across an open swim platform and enter the cockpit up a set of molded steps on the starboard side.
The Helm - The flybidge is enclosed and air conditioned and will keep you warm and cozy in the upcoming Fall weather as well as cool in the dog days of Summer. You will relish standing watch at the helm on those offshore passages. The helm has excellent forward visibility with a wide wrap around windshield. And for backing down, there are two rear facing cameras with large screens.
Directly behind the helm seats, you will find a lounging area with a long cockpit sofa and coffee table. A small kitchenette, sink and refrigerator are close by for quick access to snacks and beverages.
Going forward for anchoring and docking chores feels safe and secure due to the stout stainless steel railings and appropriately sized side decks. Guests will be able to sunbathe and watch you work from the comfort of the forward lounge cushions while you handle the anchoring duties.
Salon - Stepping down into the salon, you get your first glimpse of that "Big Yacht" fit and finish. Leather sofas on port and starboard and a coffee table that can be re-positioned where needed. The cherry wood finishes and the large tinted windows throughout the salon and galley create warmth and a luxurious atmosphere. A perfect place to get out of the sun after a big day on the water. With three large windows, you can let in lots of light, and still have the option to soften the light by closing the shades as needed.
Galley - The galley is forward of the salon and a couple of steps down. With plenty of Corian countertop space, a Kenyon electric two burner cooktop, convection/microwave oven, lots of storage and a stainless, new Isotherm dual voltage upright refrigerator and freezer, this is a capable galley - and it is gorgeous. Ample space for full-timers.
Master Stateroom - The owner’s stateroom is aft of the salon and down a few steps and provides great privacy. Headroom is good.
Natural light comes in from the aft window along with openable portholes which can provide fresh air on those sparkly cool nights. The bed is a full walk-around queen. This cabin has loads of storage in hanging lockers, drawers, and little cabinets tucked into the corners.
The aft cabin has its own sink and vanity area right in the room, so one person can get ready while the other uses the separate shower or the head.
Guest Stateroom - Forward of the galley is the guest cabin, with twin bunks, there is plenty of space to move around - someone could sit at a table, get dressed comfortably, and so on. Overhead there’s a hatch for ventilation along with a small side window, so it doesn’t feel shut in. There are lockers along the sides, and a hanging locker, and more storage under the berth.
The stateroom also has its own head, a sink and a separate walk-in shower. Headroom is good, and an opening porthole in the shower lets in fresh air. It is possible that this stateroom will be so comfortable that it will become difficult to dislodge your guests.
The Business End - Engines and Equipment - With its twin Cummins diesel engines, she will get up and cruise at 20 to 22 knots. Top speed is 28 knots. You enter the engine room via a self-opening hatch (gas struts) directly under the salon. While there is not standing headroom, the engines, generator, air conditioners, fuel filters and DC panel are readily accessible. The current owner has kept the engine room clean.
The port engine was overhauled in 2024 and thus the hour meter overstates the actual hours since the rebuild. Actual hours are estimated at 52 hours.
The Onan 9KW generator is capable of running the three air conditioners while at anchor and charging the four Group 31 AGM batteries. All four batteries are new in 2026.
Shore power is 50 AMP service.
Instrumentation - Navigation and systems monitoring are provided by a full complement of Garmin instrumentation: radar, chart plotter, autopilot, depth, and engine instrumentation.
