Both motors were replaced 5 yrs ago. The following items were replaced 4 yrs ago or less. Raymarine Axiom 9 chart plotter, Raymarine Quanton Doppler radar, Raymarine heading sensor, cockpit refrigerator and side curtains. The touch pads for controling the propritary electronic relays for nav lights, horn, and wipers etc. at the helm are new ( they are very hard to source). There is an electric windlass, remote spotlight, and 6 speaker stereo system. Below deck there is sleeping for 5, dinette, full galley with refrigerator, freezer, stove heating and air conditioning, vac-u-flush head, micro wave , hot and cold pressure water, tv and DVD player.
