BIRDY, a 110' Broward, represents an unusual opportunity to acquire a classic American-built Broward following a concentrated two-year mechanical rebuild, systems modernization and refurbishment program.
Her twin Caterpillar 3412 main engines underwent major internal rebuild and overhaul work together with associated cooling, plumbing, exhaust and alignment work. Power generation, chilled-water air conditioning, water treatment, hydraulics, steering, fuel and bilge systems were also extensively addressed.
Her bridge carries an updated Garmin/Simrad electronics package, while the flybridge features a rebuilt hot tub, renewed cushions and sunshades, rebuilt crane and Glendinning drive-by-wire controls with remote yacht controller.
