Heat exchanger removed, disassembled, chemically cleaned, inspected and pressure tested
Aftercoolers removed, disassembled, chemically cleaned, inspected and pressure tested
All 12 fuel injectors reconditioned to OEM specifications, including new tips and nuts
Engine valve lash checked and adjusted
Cooling system drained, flushed and refilled with OEM-approved coolant
New thermostats
New engine belts
New engine zincs
New seawater-pump impeller
New primary and secondary fuel filters
Engine lubricating oil and filters serviced
AirSep filters cleaned and oiled
Engine hoses and clamps inspected
