2000 Dufour 32 Classic

This 2000 Dufour 32 Classic “Blast” is a real cruising yacht, strong, fast and comfortable developed by Dufour from a J & J Design. Her lines, with a well-balanced hull make her an elegant performer. The wide side decks make it easy for the crew to manouver and circulate. Her ergonomic cockpit, careful selection of high-quality deck fittings and rigging and Dufour's customized boat building flair are all evident in the 32 Classic. And Classic describes the attention to detail and superior solid mahogany wood work found throughout the interior, crafted in an ageless design and unequalled in any yacht of similar size or class.
Here are some highlights of what to expect:- Reverse cycle Heat & Air-conditioning added in 2023- Roller furling was upgraded to a Harken MkIV jib roller furling in ‘23 or ‘24. Rigging was fully inspected and forestay replaced at this time.

- House battery replaced in 2025
- Engine hours are unknown, but estimated at 1000-1200. Mostly in and out of port and an occasional steam back from St. Michaels, Oxford, etc. on a flat bay.
- Galley stove is propane, and was replaced at one point but I don’t recall when. May already be 10 years ago…
- Dodger, which matches the Bimini top.
- Manual windlass, 14 lb aluminum Fortress anchor, 25 ft of chain (which holds like nobody’s business).
