About this yacht
DANAMITE is a classic 1965 58 foot Chris Craft Roamer that blends timeless design with practical modern upgrades. Previously celebrity owned and spending much of her life in Nashville, Tennessee, this aluminum hulled cruiser retains the iconic appearance that made the Roamer series famous while benefiting from thoughtful updates that make her comfortable and reliable for modern cruising. Her current owner is an avid yacht and boat collector as well as a seasoned yachtsman with a keen eye for detail, and his stewardship is evident throughout the vessel. Now located in the Tampa Bay, Florida area, DANAMITE features a spacious three stateroom, three head layout with a comfortable salon, pilothouse, and galley. Powered by twin Detroit Diesel 8V71 naturally aspirated engines, she offers an enjoyable cruising experience with modern onboard systems and electronics while preserving the unmistakable charm of a classic American motor yacht. With a 15 foot beam and a shallow 3.5 foot draft, she is well suited for cruising Florida waters, the Bahamas, and other shallow cruising destinations.
